After going through the adoption process and meeting so many wonderful adoptive families and children, and bringing home two amazing babies of my own, I have a special place in my heart for anything adoption-related.  I've "bumped" into many families online who are in the process or who have been through it already.  Some I have very little in common with outside of adoption.
Others, like Jennifer at the Wayman Family Nest, I can relate to on so many levels.  We both love design, tackling DIY projects, and we both have started etsy stores {and we both have a thing for chevron - check out her blog design}.  Jennifer and her husband are in the process of adopting a little boy from Ethiopia.  {All proceeds from their etsy store go straight to their adoption fund - stop by and check out their cool t-shirts.}

Jennifer and I have been working together on a giveaway, now up and running on her blog.  3 winners will get to choose their favorite art print from my shop.  Stop by to enter and to check out her blog.  Winners will be announced this Friday!

My sister told me that she ran into a few people at church who recognized the babies. How fun!
I know I've stopped by your blog before, but I didn't know that you lived so close - I'll have to check back often!
